I needed a sturdy base to mount my spotting scope, and this 40mm diameter base provided exactly the extra extension I needed to align my optics perfectly. The build quality feels solid and it's easy to adjust.

The 40mm ring base fit my tube setup cleanly, and the extra extension gave me just the adjustment range I needed for proper alignment. Solid build, though the screws felt a bit tight on the first turn.
